Delegates&rsquo; will need to demonstrate their competence in all of the criteria for Full Membership in the areas of:</p> <ul style="margin-left: 150px;"> <li>Knowledge and understanding.</li> <li>Application of knowledge and understanding.</li> <li>Communication skills &ndash; internal and external.</li> </ul> <p>To assess the above you will be required to complete an individual assessment, your mentor will work with you to work out your action plan and time frames. Once the work on your action plan is completed you will submit your application to IEMA which will need to demonstrate the requirements of Full Membership.
