I trust that you are well and that business is good?

I just felt that I had to put pen to paper as it were, regarding Richard Ball and the Working Safely course that he presented for us at Interlink yesterday.

Whilst I have always had the greatest respect and admiration for Richard in terms of his skills, knowledge and the very capable way he conducts himself generally, I have to say that yesterday he surpassed himself.

His approach from the minute he bounced on to the site, was just phenomenal. His breathless enthusiasm throughout the whole day, the way in which he held the attention of the delegates, seamlessly changing approach as he went was outstanding. All delegates present and those of us there in an observational role, were just bowled over by the whole experience and drew much from the day.

In a word, excellent!

Can you please pass on my sincere and grateful thanks to Richard and keep him on standby for (hopefully!) similar courses in the future.

Right, got that off my chest!

Hi Charles,

Just a quick note mate to say thank you for an excellent course this week. The feedback was excellent and everyone enjoyed it and that is mainly down to Andy, who is an excellent instructor.

It's the first time I've ever seen everyone write something in the comments box of the feedback form, usually it's just a box ticking exercise. I've also emailed Andy to let him know how good the course was.

Hi Charles,

I sat my NEBOSH National General Certificate with you in February and got my results this morning and I got a Distinction!!

I am very happy with my results and would like to say a big thank you to all of you at CRS, particularly Chris Dougherty and yourself for making this happen. I hope to see you for NVQ4 in the not too distant future.
